* Up to 18' Higher loads may require a higher rate depending on the situation.
** In the case of excessive deadhead plus a no go a $.15/mile surcharge will be added.
*** Any run totaling less than one hundred miles, or any run that when figured will not add up to set price.
****Unless we can show a receipt from the only available motel and the cost is more, then we ask for full reimbursement of the amount paid.
